PURPOSE
The Village of Decatur and Townships of Decatur and Hamilton, have determined that it is in the best interest of said municipalities to operate and maintain a Joint Fire & QR Departments for the purpose of furnishing fire & quick response protection to the residents of Decatur Village, Decatur and Hamilton Townships.
